Grown in some of the highest altitudes in Ethiopia, this coffee is as dense and complex as can be, which allows for greater sweetness and acidity.
On the nose we got a sweet jasmine pearl floral fragrance. We tasted a sweet sugarcane with a tea-like, yet medium-bodied pleasant bergamot with mild lemon acidity, finished with a delightfully lingering lavender.
