a convocation (from the Latin convocare meaning “to call/come together”, a translation of the Greek ἐκκλησία ekklēsia) is a group of people formally assembled for a special purpose.
Our Vision
to shed light on origins and their farms that are not commonly known, seen or heard
to uphold sustainability by buying from farms at fair prices
to encourage and reward farms to take risks to improve their coffee with improved, experimental, and cutting-edge processing methods
to roast our coffee, paying the utmost respect to the coffee bean’s innate characteristics, derived from its variety, environment, and processing method
