Las Lomas is a farm that the Alvarez Family have been perfecting since 1957. Their strict, quality-driven standards for growing and processing make for a really impressive coffee. Growing Bourbon and Pacas varieties is very challenging at this elevation, in a country where leaf rust can be devastating. Las Lomas coffee grows under native shade trees, improving and conserving the soil, while also encouraging biodiversity on the farm. This coffee is a delicious daily drinker.
